Child Safety Policy
[Last Updated: March 10, 2026]
At PULLUP (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the safety of minors is our absolute highest priority. PULLUP is an adult-only dating and social discovery platform. Our Service is strictly limited to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
We maintain an Absolute Zero Tolerance Policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), grooming, or any content or behavior that endangers, sexualizes, or exploits minors.
This Child Safety Policy is incorporated into and forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using PULLUP, you agree to be bound by these strict standards.
1. Zero Tolerance for CSAM and CSAE
We strictly prohibit the uploading, sharing, requesting, or promoting of any content that depicts or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of children. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any visual depiction (photos, videos, generated imagery) of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE): Any behavior intended to exploit a minor sexually, emotionally, or financially.
- Grooming: Any attempt to build an emotional connection with a minor to lower their inhibitions for the purpose of sexual abuse, exploitation, or trafficking.
- Solicitation: Requesting sexually explicit images or sexual contact from a minor, or offering the same to a minor.
NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO WARNINGS: Any user found engaging in these activities will have their account immediately and permanently terminated. We will preserve the associated data and proactively report the individual and the content to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
2. Strict Age Requirements and Age Falsification
PULLUP is strictly for adults.
- No Minors Allowed: You must be 18+ to create an account.
- Age Falsification is Prohibited: Lying about your age to access PULLUP, or assisting a minor in creating an account, is a severe violation of our Terms of Service.
- Adults Impersonating Minors: We also strictly prohibit adult users from impersonating minors (e.g., role-playing as a minor) in a sexual or romantic context.
- Immediate Removal: If we discover, or reasonably suspect, that an account belongs to a user under 18, we will immediately lock the account, verify the user’s age, and permanently ban the user and their device if they are found to be underage.
3. Prohibited Content and Behaviors
In addition to CSAM and CSAE, the following minor-related content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on PULLUP and will result in immediate enforcement action:
- Sexualization of Minors: Any content that sexually objectifies minors, even if not explicitly illegal.
- Fictional / Synthetic Minors: Google Play and our internal policies strictly prohibit sexually explicit content featuring computer-generated, AI-generated, animated, cartoon, or anime (e.g., “Loli” or “Shota”) characters that appear to be minors, regardless of the stated “fictional age” of the character.
- Endangerment and Harm: Content promoting violence, physical harm, bullying, or dangerous challenges directed at or involving minors.
- Unaccompanied Minors in Profile Photos: To prevent ambiguity and protect child privacy, users are strictly prohibited from uploading profile pictures that feature a minor unless the adult account holder is also present in the photo AND is the parent or legal guardian of the minor. Even then, no photos may depict minors in a suggestive, inappropriate, or unsafe context.
4. Proactive Detection and Moderation
We utilize a combination of advanced technology and trained human moderation to enforce this Child Safety Policy:
- Hash-Matching Technology: We use industry-standard hashing technology (such as PhotoDNA) to automatically scan uploaded images and compare them against known databases of CSAM.
- AI and Heuristic Scanning: We deploy machine learning models and keyword filters to detect signs of grooming, age falsification, and inappropriate minor-related content in profiles and chat metadata.
- Human Review: Our Trust & Safety team actively reviews flagged content, user reports, and accounts displaying high-risk behavioral patterns.
5. Enforcement, Penalties, and Reporting to Authorities
Violating this Child Safety Policy will result in the harshest possible penalties:
- Immediate Account Termination: The offending account will be permanently banned without prior notice or the possibility of an appeal.
- Device and IP Banning: We will ban the underlying device (via device fingerprinting) and IP address to prevent the offender from creating new accounts.
- Forfeiture of Purchases: Any remaining subscription balances or virtual items will be immediately forfeited without a refund.
- Reporting to Authorities: As required by U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) and international regulations, we will immediately report any instances of apparent CSAM or imminent risk of harm to a minor to the CyberTipline of the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We fully cooperate with NCMEC, the FBI, Interpol, and other global law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute offenders.
- Data Preservation: We will securely preserve all evidence, including account data, IP logs, and messages, to assist law enforcement in their investigations.
6. How Users Can Report Violations
We rely on our community to help keep PULLUP safe. If you encounter an underage user, suspect someone of grooming, or see any content that you believe exploits or endangers a minor, you must report it immediately.
- In-App Reporting: Use the “Report” button located on the user’s profile or within the chat screen. Specific path: "Profile" → "Block" → "Block & Report" OR "Chat Box" → "···" → "Block & Report". Write the specific reason related to “Underage User” or “Child Endangerment/CSAM”.
- Direct Email: You can escalate severe safety concerns directly to our specialized Trust & Safety team atsimulatedannealing2026@outlook.com.
